CVD/Pack technology for Aluminizing
The Aluminide coating can be applied by our Green pack process or CVD to internal and external surfaces of IGT/Aero blades and vanes of gas turbines.
Options:
- Coat external cast surfaces with a thin, very compact layer of self-sacrifying Alluminium coating
- Coat internal surfaces of small diameter cooling holes and serpentine cooling passages
- Over alluminizing of external surfaces of components that have been coated with MCrAIY by LPPS or HVOF
